Our Story
We help organizations become more creative, innovative, and profitable through organizational change that advances gender equality and makes women equal partners.
Why gender equality in tech: Women should be equal partners in shaping the future.
We believe that gender equality is good for women, good for organizations, and good for society.

Unconscious gender bias in the workplace is a significant barrier to women’s career advancement and prevents organizations from achieving their full potential. We believe that the first step to gender equality in the tech industry is for organizations to gain awareness about bias and commit to advancing equity—that is, creating the right opportunities for each population.
Who we are:
The bridge between
innovation and equality
Our mission is to change systems to give women a voice, a seat at the table, and the power to influence and shape the future.

We are deeply involved in the tech industry—we manage companies, sit on boards of startup companies, and lead innovation processes within organizations and academia—and are acutely aware of its challenges. We bring our significant entrepreneurial and innovation expertise to impact the existing realities of women in the workplace.
How we do it:
We apply innovation to DEBIAS and advance the tech industry
Our approach is rooted in change
by design to counteract implicit and unconscious biases at play and create equity for all stakeholders.

We apply proven innovation technologies and implement micro-interventions to identify, evaluate, and change an
organization’s culture and decision-making practices on a structural level and at scale.
Our Core Values
Culture of Equality
Building a culture of equality isn't just an ethical imperative; it's also a business priority. If organizations want to thrive, they have to "get to equal."

Power of Difference
When people of different standpoints, backgrounds,
and life experiences come together to solve a
common problem,
creativity and innovation blossom.
Access to Resources
Human ingenuity evolves when the right access to infrastructure, education, and training is granted.
People should have an equal opportunity to grow and advance.
Change for/by All
Every employee and
every part of the organization can implement
change and become a driver for growth, to the benefit of the community.

Prof. Carmella Jacoby Volk
I am a changemaker. Over the course of my career, I have democratized entrepreneurship by founding and leading innovation platforms and accelerators to drive diversity and a culture of equality. In my last position in academia, I served as Vice President of Innovation; I also led a nationwide tech-transfer company as its CEO. Today, I lead and manage organizations and startups in the tech industry, where I have witnessed, firsthand, bias at play and how it holds people and organizations back. I believe in equality as a birthright and promote growth through equity via innovation strategies, leadership, and my ability to transform and implement vision.
Efrat Yedid BenEzra
I am an expert in innovation methodologies and entrepreneurship. Throughout my career, I have focused on the intersection between
new technologies, smart environments, and user experience. I teach innovation methodologies in academia and top problem-solving labs and lead organizations in identifying new opportunities for value creation. My work with all the different facets of the tech industry has made me acutely aware of the glaring gap caused by underrepresentation of women. I believe that inclusion, diversity and equality are drivers for innovation and key to the success of organizations and society as a whole.
